What information we collect, use, and why

We have CCTV on site, this is covering the Path to the Cottages from the entrance to the bottom of the paddock. We also have coverage at the front door of our house where the key safes are situated. The CCTV footage is to alert us when guests arrive on site, and it is used for security purposes as well as for our guest’s safety. It can only be viewed by the owners and would only be shared with appropriate authorities for crime prevention.  CCTV footage is held for a short time on a password protected device, then this is automatically overwritten.
